Virginia Tax Facts is a publication designed to aid individuals, businesses and other organizations in complying with the tax laws administered by the Virginia Department of Taxation. The booklet is a synopsis of the tax laws and covers the rule rather than the exception. Customers should use this booklet as a reference guide and not as a substitute for the complete tax law provided by the Code of Virginia and the regulations developed by the Department. Virginia Tax Facts is updated annually.
