iReg is an online service that allows a new business to register with the Virginia Department of Taxation and the Virginia Employment Commission at the same time. If you have not already used Virginia's Business One Stop you may want to use it to help establish your business and link with additional local, state and federal resources.

You may register the following business entities:

• Subchapter S Corporation
• Multi-State Corporation
• Non-profit Corporation
• Limited Liability Company
