Virginia Interest Rates Remain 9% for the 2nd Quarter of 2025

Federal rates for the 2nd quarter of 2025 remain unchanged. Therefore, Virginia interest rates will remain: 

• 9% for underpayments (assessments) 
• 9% for overpayments (refunds)
