The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is used by Commissioners of the Revenue to request access to tax information in the Virginia Tax's Integrated Revenue Management System. This agreement includes an option to request access to additional Individual Income, Sales, Withholding and Corporate Tax information and a certification of understanding of Section 58.1-3 of the Code of Virginia and Virginia Tax Disclosure and Safeguarding Policies.
Instructions
Fax the completed MOU form, along with any necessary attachments, to the Virginia Tax at 804.367.3023. The MOU must be renewed annually to be effective January 1.
