The Commissioner of Revenue is required to assess separately the standing timber on a tract of land where the timber has been conveyed by the owner of the tract and the deed has been admitted to record. §§ 58-803, 58-804 (f) of the Virginia Code which set out this requirement, are valid under § 168 of the Constitution.
