FINAL ORDER DISMISSING APPLICATION FOR CORRECTION OF TAX ASSESSMENT
COME NOW the Applicants, E. Bryson Powell and Frances Powell, by counsel, and the Defendant, the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Taxation, by counsel, and without any party admitting liability, represent to this Court that they have settled the disputes alleged in the Applicants' Application for Correction of Tax Assessment filed with this Court and all other disputes arising from or associated with the Applicants' Virginia income tax liabilities for the years 1990 and 1991.
Upon the evidence presented and the argument of counsel, this Court finds that the parties have settled all disputes arising from this matter and that this case should be dismissed.
NOW, WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Applicants' Application for Correction of Tax Assessment filed in this case is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
