FINAL ORDER DISMISSING APPLICATION FOR CORRECTION OF TAX ASSESSMENT
COME NOW the Applicant, William H. Goodwin, III, by counsel, and the Defendant, the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Taxation, by counsel, and without any party admitting liability, represent to this Court that they have settled the disputes alleged in the Applicant's Application for Correction of Tax Assessment filed with this Court and all other disputes arising from or associated with the Applicant's Virginia income tax liabilities for the years 1990 through 1997, inclusive.
Upon the evidence presented and the argument of counsel, this Court finds that the parties have settled all disputes arising from this matter and that this case should be dismissed.
NOW, WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Applicant's Application for Correction of Tax Assessment filed in this case is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
