This will refer to my determination of November 29, 1983, in the above referenced matter. At that time, I entertained the submission of additional information relating to two issues raised in your administrative appeal.
Based upon a telephone conversation between ***** of ***** and a member of my staff, it is my understanding that the contested assessment has been paid and that the additional information requested in my letter will not be forthcoming. Absent such information, I therefore will consider my previous determination in this matter to be final.
