This will reply to your letter of January 3, 1985 requesting authorization to collect and remit sales tax for persons selling at the *****.
Pursuant to the provisions of Sales and Use Tax Regulations §630-10-38, permission is hereby granted for the ****** to remit sales tax on behalf of persons selling at the *****. This authorization will continue in effect unless there is a change in the method of operation at the ***** or, until a request is made to revoke the authorization.
