This will reply to your letter of February 22, 1985 requesting authorization to collect and remit sales tax for persons selling at the ******.
Pursuant to the provisions of Sales and Use Tax Regulations Section 630-10-38, permission is hereby granted for the **** to remit sales tax on behalf of persons selling at the ******.
This authorization will continue in effect unless there is a change in the method of operation at the flea market or, unless a request is made to revoke the authorization.
