This will reply to your letter of July 9, 1989 seeking reconsideration of my July 5, 1989 ruling in this case, ******* records, your employer, ********** is registered to withhold Virginia income taxes. Thus, while I am appreciative of your predicament, you must notify your employer immediately to begin withholding Virginia income taxes from your wages. If your initial estimated payment of $******** is not sufficient to cover your liability until withholding starts, you may consider requesting additional withholding or making an additional estimated payment on September 15.
