This will reply to your letter of June 21, 1990, in which you seek correction of assessments of corporation income tax for************* for taxable years 1985-1987.
Except for the taxable years, the facts are identical to those set forth in my previous letter dated September 6, 1990, P.D. 90-158 (copy enclosed). I have reviewed the audit and the issues raised in your letter and conclude that there is nothing that would alter the conclusion reached in my previous letter.
Accordingly, the assessments are correct, and the outstanding amounts are now due and payable. You will shortly receive an updated bill with interest accrued to date. The bill should be paid within 30 days to avoid the accrual of additional interest.
