STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL

THIS CAUSE came to be heard on the joint representations of counsel for the Plaintiff, Tax Analysts, and Defendant, Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Taxation, that the matters at issue between them, as expressed in the Motion for Judgment, the Demurrer and Plea of Sovereign Immunity, and the Answer and Grounds of Defense heretofore filed in this case, have been compromised, agreed and settled.

UPON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, it appearing to the Court that the claims set forth in the Motion for Judgment filed herein by Plaintiff against Defendant, Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Taxation have been settled, compromised and agreed and that the said Motion for Judgment should be dismissed with prejudice as to the Defendant Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Taxation, it is therefore

ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the Motion for Judgment heretofore filed by Plaintiff Tax Analysts against Defendant Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Taxation, be and hereby is dismissed with prejudice.
