Local Treasurers email this form to TAX each time a local estimated payment file is successfully uploaded to TAX via EESMC. This form is used to report the collection of local estimated payments.
Instructions
Using information from the associated the Deposit Certificate(s), complete a Local Estimated Transmittal Form for an estimated payment file that has been successfully uploaded to TAX’s server.
1. Upload the local estimated payment file to TAX via EESMC (secure file transfer).
2. Following a successful file upload, email the completed Local Estimated Payment Transmittal Form to the TAX at the following address:
