Virginia Tax provides IRMS and other training online through the Virginia Learning Center (VLC). Initial access to IRMS training in the VLC requires approval from TAX Security Administration. More information on how to request access to the VLC and IRMS training can be found here.
Once you receive approval from TAX Security Administration, instructions on how to register in the VLC and get started with your IRMS training will be provided.
