Our online services, including eForms, will be temporarily unavailable beginning Saturday, September 5 at 12:01am. Services will be restored by Tuesday, September 8, at 7:00am. If you need to file or make a payment during this time, please plan accordingly. If you have a payment already scheduled during this time, it will be considered timely based on the scheduled payment date.

Online business registration will be temporarily unavailable beginning September 1. If you have started a registration, please complete and submit it by August 31 at 11:59pm. Any saved registration drafts that have not been submitted will be deleted as part of this transition.

Beginning June 2026, the exemption certificates issued through Nonprofit Online will have a new look. If you have an older-style exemption certificate, don’t worry – if it hasn’t expired, your certificate is still good.
