View the Form 760ES voucher received from the customer and complete the following fields of the Form 559: Locality Name, Declaration Number, Preparation Date, Tax Year, Voucher Number, Amount and Customer Information.

Using information from the associated the Deposit Certificate(s), complete a Local Estimated Transmittal Form for an estimated payment file that has been successfully uploaded to TAX’s server.
1. Upload the local estimated payment file to TAX via EESMC (secure file transfer).
2. Following a successful file upload, email the completed Local Estimated Payment Transmittal Form to the TAX at the following address:

Fax the completed MOU form, along with any attachments, to the Virginia Department of Taxation at (804) 367-3023. The MOU must be renewed annually to be effective January 1.
